         In this post i am going to tell you about freelancing and how to start freelance job.

       Freelancing is a type of online job. It is different from the physical job. Because all of its work is done online through internet. Physical jobs are done on a specific time but you can do the freelancing job at any time. You are free. If you want start the work but if you want to take a rest stop your work.

        There are a lot of sites which provides freelancing jobs. These sites give the opportunity to a skilled person to earn money at its home. If you are a Graphics designer, web designer, web developer, translate any one language to another, transcriptor, can do data entry work, File conversion works(Pdf to word or Excel or Word or Excel to Pdf), Engineering and Architecture and a large number of many other jobs in which you have knowledge or  skill and experience.

     You will earn reasonable amount of money without any hesitation at your home. Almost there are freelancers of every country of the world. Some countries have large number of Freelancers and clients like USA, Canada, Australia, Some European countries, Some Asian, Latin American and African Countries.

        Many world’s biggest Freelancing sites like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Freelancer and 99design etc are proving these jobs online. These sites provides the jobs to Freelancers as well as receive the client works.

     

     A huge number of clients come to these sites to complete their works through freelancers. These clients pay money for their orders. When they post a job in a Freelancing site. The Freelancers bid on his job. Some bid a high rate, some medium and some low price. And after carefully reviewing all or some of the profiles of the freelancers he selects one of them and calls him for interview. If he find the freelancer able for the job he offers him.

    The freelancers do two types of jobs.

1. Hourly jobs
2. Fixed price jobs

1.  In hourly jobs the Freelancers do the jobs in hours. If a client order him to do the job for one hour or two or more and he pays the money in hours. Then the freelancers do the job for that specific time. And when he finishes this hourly work accurately. The client releases the payment for the freelancer and thus the freelancer gets the earning of his work.

   

      Freelancing sites charge some money from the freelancer’s earning. Generally it charges 20 percent in the total earnings.

But if a freelancer completes a task in which he earn the money of more than 500 dollars. Then these sites charge 10 percent of the total earnings of more than 500 dollars.

       Freelancing emphasizes the skill and good experience. If you have a skill and you find yourself able to do the work quickly, efficiently and accurately then it is a good opportunity for you to earn much money and become a rich.

         Upwork

       Upwork is the best of all the Freelancing sites. In Upwork you can do the work of Data entry, trancription, writing, proofreading, translation and transcription, Engineering and Architecture etc. Some jobs have high competition while some jobs have medium and low competition.

You can check any job post. You can select any post and and submit proposal for that job and bid in it. After that the client will call you for the text, voice or video chat Interview through Upwork or Skype. If the client trusted on you and selected and sent you the offer then start your work in time. And quickly, accurately and patiently complete that task.

        If you complete the task which the client liked. He will give you a Five Star good review. Some clients will give you a bonus. and the Upwork will release the payment for you which it hold.

       When you complete some tasks and the clients liked your work. They will give you good reviews and you will get the higher rank. When you get the high rank then every client will trust and give you the work.

      You will not need to submit proposals for the jobs because you will get some jobs through the old clients and some jobs through new clients. When new clients look your account profile and they knows about your good work. Surely, they will order you for their jobs.

       To maintain the balance in the Client’s posts and the Freelancers proposals Upwork gives you only 60 connects for a month in free. In each job the Freelancer spends two connects. It means that he can apply 30 jobs in a month for free. But if the connects finishes before the end of the month. He will have to buy one connect per one dollar.

       

         You can work in Upwork individually or with your employees. Means you can make your own Agency or company in which your employees will use your account to work with you. If you have an agency or company. You will get more jobs and more money.Upwork pays the earnings in US Dollars. You can withdraw your earning through Paypal or Payoneer and Wire transfer (western union).

There are Two packages in Upwork.

1. Free
2. Plus

1. In free package you will get 60 connects per month. This package is for individual freelancers.
2. In Plus package you will have to pay 10 dollars for a month to Upwork. You will have 70 connects for a month as well as you will see every bid in any proposal in any post of your competitors. It will give you the benefit of getting jobs easily. Normally those Freelancers who have Sub contractors or employees use this package.

       When you create an account in Upwork. Your profile will be 40 or 50 percent complete. You should have to pass the tests in Your skill to complete your profile.

   

       Now a days Upwork does not approve every Freelancing sign up application. Because Upwork wants to maintain a balance in the Client’s demand and the Freelancers supply. When a clients posts a job then a lot of freelancers Submit proposals for that job. If 5 or 10 freelancers submit proposals then the client does not face the difficulty but if it exceeds than 10 then he would face difficulty and he will get confused in selecting a freelancer for his job. For this purpose Upwork does not approve every application. Your application and information and skills should be the Best.

While the People per and Fiverr are also good sites to work in. If Upwork did not approve your application then you can reapply after some days again. If you do not want to reapply then i recommend you to create account in Fiverr or People per Hour. Because these sites approves easily and without facing any difficulty.

    Fiverr

     

         Fiverr is diferent from Upwork and People per Hour because the Fiverr does not give you the opportunity to Submit proposals for the job. In starting it is difficult to get the job in Fiverr because you will have not good reviews. But when you get some good reviews you will start getting the jobs.

     Your account will get impressions and clicks of your clients. If a client liked you and trusted on you for the job. He will order you. For starting freelancing job in Fiverr you should have to create account or Gig in it. Creating Fiverr account does not need approval of the Fiverr team or Algorithm. You can create the account directly. You can create upto 7 same or different Gigs in Fiverr.

   Fiverr pays the earnings in US Dollars. You can withdraw your earning through Paypal or Payoneer.

    In Fiverr you can earn money through freelancing as well referring other people to this site. If you refer a person who creates an account in Fiverr and buy something or any service you will get the referral earning. If you are beginner. Means you have not the much experience in your job then it is right for you. Because in Upwork you can not be work. And Upwork will suspend or Degrade your account if did not work correcrtly. While if your one account is suspended in Fiverr you can create other accounts easily. I think this is the world 2nd or 3rd Best Freelancing site.

     People Per Hour

       People per hour is also a very good freelancing site. You can get the double chances to get the jobs in this site.

1. Getting a job by sending proposals.
2. Getting a job through Hourlie.

1. Like Upwork you can submit the proposals for job and can get the job.
2. Like Fiverr the clients will invite you for the job and will buy Hourlie work from you like Fiverr gigs.

        So it means that here you will have double chances of getting the jobs. And therefore a lot of Freelancers are happy working with people per hour.

People per hour pays the Freelancer earning in three currencies. US Dollar ($), UK Pound (£) and Euro (€). You can withdraw your earning through Paypal or Payoneer.

You can choose your desired currency.

Like Fiverr you can also earn money through referring other people. People Per Hour pays more than Fiverr to the Referral workers.

How to start Freelancing

        To start Freelancing you must create account on any of the above websites.

You should create the seller or the Freelancer account.  If you do not know how to create the account. You can Create it through other expert people through Social media like Facebook, twitter, Linkedin etc. You will pay some money and they will create complete account for you. You can create easily the seller or the buyer or both the accounts.

Requirements for making the account

1. You should have any skill through which you can easily start the work.
2. You have some previous professional experience.
3. You Should be fluent in English language.
4. You communication skills should be good because you can impress or inspire easily your clients through your communication. But if you have much knowledge and skill and experience but if your communication is not good. You will not catch the clients.
5. You should have PC or Laptop with good internet connection.

Can i do the Freelancing with my cell Phone

       If you want to start the freelancing you must have the computer because most of the freelancing jobs need computer but if you have not the computer and you want to start the job with your mobile phone. Then you should have 4G supported android or Iphone handset.

You can not do all the jobs with your phone but there are some jobs which you can do with your cell phone too like Article writing, translation, proofreading etc. You should work on the Pc version of the Google chrome browser of your cell phone.
