#1: Title (Best Optimized Title which really describes your articles 100%)
#2: Meta Description (Add search description)
How to enable Search Description on Blogger:
(First goto www.blogger.com, then click on "Settings", from setting select "Search preferences", now write on your blog 's Description in "META tags" box). Look at Screenshot below:
#3: Permalink (make your post (URL) search engine optimized) like: www.yoursite.com/how-to-rank-website-with-seo/ (add your post title in your url).
#4: Internal Links (add other post links Like: YOU MAY LIKE :( your post name with link)
#5: Content Length (must be more than 500 words)
